This Privacy Policy explains how Electrics Auto, LLC ("Electrics Auto", "we", "us"), 401 W Gap Creek Rd, Greer, SC 29651, collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.electricsauto.com, bring a vehicle to our shop, or receive text messages from us. We serve the Greenville and Spartanburg areas.
1. Information we collect
- Information you give us when you text us, visit the shop or have your car serviced: your name, mobile phone number, vehicle details (year, model, VIN, mileage), photos and descriptions of the problem, and repair and payment records.
- Text message records: your mobile number, your consent to receive texts (when, how and who recorded it), the messages we send, and your replies (for example "YES" to approve work, or other replies, which are saved to your vehicle's service history).
- Website: this website has no forms and no accounts. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes basic technical data such as IP address and browser type to deliver and protect the site. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
- Site editor: the /admin page is used only by our staff.
2. How we use information
- To diagnose, repair and service your vehicle, and to give estimates and invoices.
- To send you service text messages described in our SMS Terms.
- To keep records of your vehicle's service history and warranty.
- To respond to your texts and questions.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations and to protect against fraud.
3. SMS / Text Messaging
Electrics Auto, LLC sends text messages about your repair: estimates, approvals, status updates, pickup and payment. We also reply to your messages.
- You opt in by checking a box on our service request form or at the shop. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service (see our SMS Terms).
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or call 864-881-2201.
- Service texts are sent from (864) 800-0064. Our main shop text line is 864-881-2201.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- with service providers who help us run the business and only for that purpose — for example our text-messaging providers (such as Telnyx or Twilio) to deliver texts, our website and tracker hosting providers, and payment processors;
- when required by law, or to protect our rights, customers or the public;
- as part of a sale or transfer of the business, subject to this policy.
5. Mobile information is never shared for marketing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. We do not sell or rent mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data.
6. How long we keep information
We keep vehicle service and payment records as long as needed for warranty, tax and legal purposes. We keep SMS consent and opt-out records as long as needed to prove consent and honor opt-outs.
7. Security
We use reasonable safeguards (access controls, encrypted connections) to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
8. Your choices
- Stop texts at any time by replying STOP.

9. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
